Contact registration form
We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Forms are sent via email and their content is encrypted in transit.
No data from these forms is stored in the website database.
Newsletter subscription
No personal details are stored on the website database.
Submitted details (name and email) are transferred to a University of Stirling email account. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will delete your personal data.

Security measures
No personal details are stored in the website database by our security plugins.
Some data (including IP address, hostname, location) is temporarily stored in security logs on the server and/or sent via email to alert the website administrator of critical problems or suspicious activities on the site.

How long we retain your data
We will keep contact form entries for 6 months after the end of our project (January 2022).

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
The website is hosted in ICUK’s datacentres located in London, UK. It is protected by 256-bit encryption. SSL certificate provided by Sectigo (https://sectigo.com/).

Emails sent via the website contact form reside in the email servers of the University of Stirling.
Website database backups are encrypted and stored at ICUK’s Datacentre – server located in EU (London) – for up to 2 years.
